Our Story
In 2021, former business manager and GLG expert Vincent Bozzino founded the firm in London, UK with a global vision to bring professional and financial services together under the common denominator of business transformation.
Since its inception, Bozzino & Co. has been focused on building a Next Gen integrated growth platform for busy scale ups, and executives.

Vincent Bozzino
Founder and Global Managing Partner
10+ years of strategy, operations and financial experience in the UK, US and EMEA, notably at Sainsbury’s, VUE Entertainment and GLG. Track record of £60m+ asset management (commercial real estate, P&L) and team leadership of 80+ people across retail, consumer goods and TMT. $4bn industry agnostic deal experience, 4x startup founder, author and philosopher of economics.
In late 2020, Vincent Bozzino began working independently with M&A advisory firms and brokers such as AXIAL, K3 Debt Advisory and Benchmark International on US middle-market transactions through the outfit Bozzino Consulting Group.
Witnessing inefficiencies across the investment deal lifecycle, he identified a gap between the traditionally separate worlds of professional and financial services, where burdensome leadership of fragmented advisors rests with the client and projects lack coordinated expertise to execute, and create value in the long-term.
Bozzino expanded the narrow definition of business transformation around technology, observing that transformation is compound and the ultimate, shared goal all practices fundamentally intersect to. He created a global, multi-disciplinary business services network branded as the "transformation one stop shop" to emphasize their high-impact, all-round implementation skills in contrast to traditional service providers.
Positioned as a “generalist specialist”, director-led Bozzino & Company is setting a new standard for helping organizations in the fast-paced world and reflects a broader evolution in the professional services model, recently challenged by its lack of deep results, independent action and productivity, in the wake of AI.
In 2022, B&Co. built the M&A practice, attracting significant new business and Tier 1 partnerships, solely by word of mouth. A year later, the firm established its four service lines: Strategic, Operational, Financial and Corporate. In 2024, the network expanded its geographical reach in Europe, and Asia. Most of its work is on financial transformation.
B&Co. network has been involved in several corporate actions of high-profile players including HVS / EG Group, Everton FC's activist campaign, Morgan Freeman's Revelations Entertainment.
